1) Terms of Service & Conditions

1.1 About The Wellspring

The Wellspring Natural Living Center is a neighborhood apothecary and learning space. We craft small‑batch herbal goods (teas, tinctures, electuaries, salves), host workshops and community gatherings, and offer private, education‑based coaching programs (e.g., 120/Naturally MindBody Blood Pressure Coaching, Menopause Mastery, Apex Men’s Sexual Strength, Women’s Sensuality & Hormone Balancing, Cell Defender, and others we may introduce). We are not a clinic and we are not a private‑membership health club; our retail and educational services are offered to the public under these Terms.

We believe in informed choice and collaborative care—our work complements (not replaces) the guidance of your licensed healthcare providers.

By visiting or purchasing from our websites, booking a session, attending an event, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1.2 Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make purchases or book services.

You agree to provide accurate contact, shipping, and payment details and to keep your account credentials confidential.

We may refuse service, close accounts, or cancel orders for misuse, suspected fraud, safety concerns, or legal compliance.

1.3 Educational Services — No Medical Advice

We share education in traditional herbalism and lifestyle wellness. Our role is teacher, herbalist, and coach—not physician or other licensed practitioner. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease and do not practice medicine, nursing, pharmacy, psychotherapy, or any licensed health profession.

Nothing we provide is medical advice. Always consult your licensed clinician before starting, stopping, or changing any medication, supplement, or regimen. Never delay seeking professional care because of something you learned from us.

Using our services does not create a doctor‑patient relationship.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or local emergency services.

1.4 Products & Custom Blends

Product descriptions are for educational purposes and are not a promise of results. Individual outcomes vary.

Custom or perishable formulations (e.g., sea moss gels, made‑to‑order blends, opened ingestibles, personalized kits) are final sale for health and safety.

We may change or discontinue products or services at any time.

1.5 Orders, Payments & Taxes

Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice. Applicable taxes, shipping, and fees are calculated at checkout.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout (e.g., major cards) and process payments via Square and Zettle (and any other methods shown at checkout). By submitting payment, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your method for the full order amount and any recurring charges you opt into.

Orders are offers to buy; we may decline or cancel (with a refund) for reasons including inventory, suspected fraud, or errors.

Discount codes, gift cards, and promotional credits are subject to their stated terms and may not be combined unless expressly permitted.

1.6 Shipping & Delivery

Ship-from: 7705 Old Branch Ave, Unit B, Clinton, MD 20735 (USA). Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx (as available at checkout).

Ship-to: United States (50 states & DC) only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Estimated delivery windows are not guarantees; weather and carrier capacity can affect timing.

Signature required: Orders over $50 require a signature upon delivery.

Risk of loss: For signature-required shipments, risk of loss transfers upon signature by you or an adult at the delivery address. For other shipments, risk of loss transfers when the carrier marks the package delivered to your address. If a package is marked delivered but you can’t locate it, check with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier first.

Damaged in transit: Email us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the box and product, and a brief description. Once verified, we will replace the item or issue store credit (our choice) for the affected items. Keep all packaging until your claim is resolved.

Wrong address/returned to sender: If the carrier returns your package due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can reship once you pay the reship fee and any additional postage.

1.7 Subscriptions (if offered)

If you enroll in a product subscription, you authorize recurring charges at the interval shown at checkout until you cancel.

You can cancel or pause in your account portal at least 48 hours before the next renewal date to avoid the next shipment/charge.

Subscription items may have specific discounts that apply only while the subscription is active. (if offered)
